Working on a friend's laptop, running Win XP - and it seems to be really infecfted. I ran MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware, and they found and removed multiple items (PUP Desktop, Yontoo, etc).

They don't seem to stay gone. I briefly connected the laptop to the net and it seemed to self re-infect pretty quickly. He was only running an outdated Mcafee and his kid had previously done some file sharing. I'm leaving the laptop disconnected from the net and working through a desktop for this.
