I am in the process of setting up a new XPS 8700 system. When I started the Cyberlink Media Suite Essentials app for the first time, it stated that there were updates available for PowerDVD, Power2Go, PowerDirector and LabelPrint. I downloaded and installed the update successfully for PowerDVD (it uninstalled the previous version in the process).

The PowerDirector install completed successfully. The Power2Go and LabelPrint updates from the CyberLink site downloaded the same file (CMSEssentials_WebUpdate_Upgrade_TR130924-053.exe). When I try to execute this update, I receive a message that either a higher version is already installed or the upgrade is not meant for this system. Why is CMSE insisting that an update is available if it is not installable? If I wanted to uninstall the whole suite and reinstall it, where would I find the application on the Dell site to download? Jesse-L, I am still a little confused. When I went to the My Dell Downloads page there were three entries listed for the Media Suite Essentials all with the same version number (10.2) and the same size.

Sip Trunk Setup Trix Box Fax here. One is dated 9/30/2013 and two are dated. Please explain why three entries are shown?
